Data Deletion Instructions for LegalKe
LegalKe is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of our users’ personal information. We understand that you may want to delete your data from our system, and we have established a process to enable you to do so.
Please note that deleting your data from our system means that we will no longer have access to it, and you will not be able to retrieve it. Once you have confirmed the deletion request, the data will be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered.
To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to email@example.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
In the email, please provide your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a brief explanation of your request.
We will verify your identity and confirm your request within 7 business days.
Once your identity has been verified, we will proceed with deleting your data from our system.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Please note that we may be required to retain some of your personal information for legal or regulatory purposes, even if you have requested its deletion. In such cases, we will only retain the minimum information required to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.
